Thank you for shopping with Shilpware. We handcraft and ship our products from India to customers worldwide.


PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.


SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

- United States: 7–14 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 7–14 business days
- Rest of the World: 10–18 business days

Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, not the order date. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing and local postal services.


CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Shilpware is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, duties, taxes, etc.). Any customs charges are levied once the parcel reaches the destination country and must be paid by the recipient.


ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.


SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES
Some carriers have difficulty delivering to P.O. boxes. Please provide a complete physical street address to ensure smooth delivery.


DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS
Shilpware is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or contact us at sales@shilpware.com to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs inspection, which can occasionally cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
